Hey Friends!

    I am so excited that you’ve made it to this page! If you’re here you want to learn a little bit more about the face behind the camera. I am a 26 year old wife, dog mom, and coffee lover. My sweet husband Clint and I have been together for a little over 5 years. We got married on the most beautiful fall day in October of 2020. It truly was the most perfect and special day! We love going new places together, spending afternoons just riding around, and genuinely just being around each other. We have 2 sweet doggos. Ollie, our loving golden doodle, is 5 years old and is truly the light of our life. He is the first to greet us when we walk in the door and snuggles us before bed every night. Then we have who my husband likes to call, “Sage the Rage”. Our lovable but very quirky senior rescue dog. She is approximately 11 years old, loves her tennis ball, and hates that she can’t see through the shower curtain. These two keep us on our toes and make life interesting. 

   I am an enneagram two wing three which means I love helping people, value deep connections, enjoy adventures, and genuinely want everyone to be happy. When it came to choosing a career path I knew I needed to find something that allowed me be all of the above. During college I was sure social media marketing was the way to go. While I loved helping people grow their businesses, the lack of personal connection made me crave something a little different. Fast forward to post graduation and an incredible job opportunity to be the marketing coordinator for an awesome company just seemed to land in my lap. With little to no experience they gave me an awesome chance to learn so much while working from home. Through this experience I learned that I needed a creative outlet that let me spend time with people. So in March 2020 I purchased my first camera. I began experimenting with manual settings, posing, and editing on some of my closet friends. I did my first paid session in April, my first wedding in May, and after that my love for photographing wedding began. During this time one of my favorite photographers, Stacy Preston, reached out to see if I could assist her with a few weddings. In 2020 I second shot and assisted with over 10 weddings with her! Through that time together she mentored me in all aspects of photography; lighting, posing, constructing time lines, editing. I will forever be grateful for the continued friendship and mentorship that we have.

   I truly love capturing all of life’s moments, big and small, but weddings are my absolute favorite. Sharing in the love and joy of the day is truly something I cherish. My absolute favorite parts of the wedding day to photograph are the beautiful details you spent so much time planning and ALL the first looks. Especially bride and groom first looks. They are so sweet and such an intimate part of the day! I am forever grateful for all my sweet couples who allow me to capture their wedding day!
